Policy
The
luxury and detailing of each apartment will be appreciated
from the moment you cross over the granite threshold of
your apartment. Further, you can choose from a choice of
colour schemes. You will also notice in The Tower apartments
the extra ceiling height of 2.55m in the living room and
bedrooms. Care has been taken in the selection of your chrome
lever door furniture, the security locking to your apartment
front door and the co-ordinated light fittings and slim
line window furnishings. A choice of wool blend carpet is
available to complement the ceramic and granite floor tiling.
Bedroom
Each light filled bedroom is entered through a tall door
reaching to the ceiling. Bedrooms feature either built-in
robes or walk-in-robes with the convenience of mirrored
doors.
Kitchen
A highlight of each apartment in City Tower is the
kitchen. Central Equity's architects Guilford Bell and Graham
Fisher, have demonstrated their passion to get it right.
Glass splash backs, a choice of granite benchtops and flooring,
stainless steel finished appliances, shelving and unique
colour co-ordination will be the delight of every resident
in City Tower. The gas cooktop features electronic
ignition, wok burner and flame failure protector. The electric
under bench oven is fan assisted and the powerful slideaway
range hood is ducted externally. The kitchen also has provision
for a dishwasher. 3 bedroom apartments include a microwave/pantry
cupboard tower.
Bathroom
The prestige bathrooms feature full ceramic wall and floor
tiling, the detail of the vanity, including marble top and
ceramic bowl, have been carefully designed with a full height
mirror featuring sandblasting highlights. Single lever mixer
taps and adjustable hand held shower complement the 'in-vogue'
design. Ventilation is fan assisted and ducted externally.
The toilet suite is vitreous china with dual flush cistern.
Laundry
Most apartments feature a built-in laundry, secluded behind
bi-fold doors and include a stainless steel trough and cabinet,
wall mounted clothes dryer, ducted externally and provision
for a washing machine. Separate laundries have been included
with a limited number of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Heating and Cooling
All 2 and 3 bedroom apartments include in-ceiling split
system reverse cycle air conditioning and heating to the
living room. 1 bedroom apartments have thermostatically
controlled, fan assisted electric space heating and can
include air conditioning as an option at extra cost.
Carparking and Stores
Each 2 bedroom apartment includes a single secure car park,
a number also include a store. 3 bedroom apartments include
either 2 car parks in tandem, or 2 car parks side by side.
Most 1 bedroom apartments have the option of purchasing
a car park at extra cost. All car parks are freehold title.
